These Terms of Service govern your use of MiltonCart services provided by MiltonCart.co LLC (“MiltonCart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including miltoncart.co, reservations, quotes, rentals, lithium-install inquiries, and related communications. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Reservations and customer information
You agree to provide accurate contact, reservation, delivery, and payment information. A reservation is not guaranteed until MiltonCart confirms it and any required agreement and payment are completed. Availability, pricing, delivery eligibility, taxes, deposits, damage protection, cancellation terms, and other rental conditions shown during booking or in the rental agreement apply to your reservation.
Payments and agreements
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. You authorize the charges displayed at checkout. The rental agreement presented before payment contains additional terms specific to possession and use of rental equipment; if there is a conflict about the rental itself, the signed rental agreement controls.
SMS program terms
If you optionally check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive transactional and customer-care text messages from MiltonCart at the number provided. Messages may include reservation confirmations, scheduling information, payment links, and service updates. This is not a marketing subscription.

You may not misuse the website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use our services in violation of law.
Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or services, and may correct pricing or content errors. We will honor confirmed obligations as required by applicable law and the applicable rental agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” MiltonCart is not responsible for outages, third-party service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with jurisdiction over MiltonCart.co LLC, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
